It has been some months since my last communication, a period during which I have been acclimating to my new professional environment. I am pleased to share that I recently joined ServiceNow in the capacity of an Advisory Solution Consultant.

The reasons behind ServiceNow’s status as the preferred choice for 85% of Fortune 500 organizations, as well as its consistent placement in the Leader quadrants of renowned analysts’ reports like Gartner and Forrester, are both robust and compelling.

Today, I aim to elucidate why ServiceNow is the platform of choice for our clients and why embarking on this transformative journey is crucial. However, before delving into the rationale for our clients, let’s contextualize the current global landscape across industries.
